Some clients like to be involved in ideation and brain dumping drafts to me, they just don’t have time to put it all together. Others like to hand over the entire process. If you’re a retainer client, yes! If I’m writing your ongoing newsletter emails, I’ll also take care of setup and scheduling. During onboarding, you’ll provide access to your platform and I’ll take care of everything from seed to send.
For one-time copy projects, you’ll receive thoughtful copy in a lightly wireframed Google doc with suggestions and insights to help you drop it into your platform with ease. You can always add on set-up and done-for you implementation — just let me know during your inquiry call!

When it comes to design, I have a keen eye for pretty things and can accommodate thoughtful design using your branding elements with user-friendly, drag-and-drop editors. That said, I am not a brand/graphic designer and I don’t work with code.
I’m happy to refer you to a designer for custom visual elements and templates if that’s what you’re after. -

Not only will I get to know you and your voice through an in-depth questionnaire and on our strategy call, but when I say I’ll dig deep, I really mean. it.
