This business was born from burnout. The kind that sinks into your bones.

I spent years as a high school English teacher, pouring everything I had into a job I cared deeply about. But eventually, I realized I couldn’t keep showing up for everyone else while leaving myself behind. My nervous system was in overdrive. My energy was depleted. I felt disconnected from myself. Something had to change.

So I walked away. Not just from the classroom, but from the story that said I had to do it all to be enough.

I chose to rebuild with intention: slower, softer, and from a place that was truly rooted.

And as I did, I began supporting other women who were also carrying too much. Women with beautiful, intentional businesses who needed help telling their story — not just with pretty words, but with purposeful strategy and the kind of care that just “gets” them..
